What I like best about Wefulfil is the team and their responsiveness. It genuinely feels like they work 24/7. There is always someone available to help, and problems get solved fast, even when they are not directly affecting them. On top of that, their fulfilment speed is almost instant, their pricing is incredibly competitive, and their custom platform is very easy to use. Wefulfil solved the major fulfilment, shipping time, and reliability issues we were experiencing with previous 3PLs. Before working with them, delays, inconsistent fulfilment, and supply-chain problems were a constant bottleneck for our business. Since moving to Wefulfil, fulfilment is almost instant, global shipping times for our supplements are down to 7–10 days, and customer complaints around shipping have dropped to near zero.
