What do you like best about AMZ Prep?

The Middle Mile tech they have is the real differentiator and why we went with them. It gives checkpoint-level tracking on very Amazon-bound shipments, automatic PRO uploads, and predicted FC check-in windows. After testing four other freight companies for FBA, nothing even came close to the transparency. More than 500 inbound shipments later and a year with them, we sit at 99% on time arrivals and zero lost inventory. The system ties directly into our inventory platform + Amazon. Pricing sits slightly above standard freight (5-10%, but you're paying for reliability, speed, and real visibility.
