**What do you like best about SkillSauce?**

I use SkillSauce for hiring candidates for the open positions in my company. The features I like most are Assessment, Interviews, and the ATS Workbench. With Assessment, I can fetch knowledgeable candidates, and it has cheating prevention using proctoring and a detection system plus a report. For Interviews, I set up the AI Interview with its required things and candidates, and its Tessa AI takes the candidate interview and gives me a report about the interview. With the ATS, I just set things up and drop the resumes, and it analyzes the resume based on the required things and gives scores and ratings to candidates, showing me whether the candidate is suitable for the position or not. The Assessment and Interview report UI looks good. It's very easy to use: just sign up and use. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 to recommend.

I use SkillSauce to hire candidates for open positions. It helps me find knowledgeable candidates through assessments with proctoring and cheating detection, AI interviews where Tessa AI interviews candidates and gives reports, and the ATS that analyzes resumes and scores candidates to show if they're suitable.

**What do you like best about SkillSauce?**

I really appreciate how SkillSauce brings the entire hiring workflow into one platform. The AI-powered resume screening, candidate assessments, and interview evaluations significantly reduce manual effort while maintaining consistency and fairness. The platform is intuitive, saves our team a lot of time, and provides detailed insights that help us make faster and more confident hiring decisions. The AI-powered resume screening quickly identifies candidates who best match our job requirements, allowing recruiters to focus on the most promising applicants. The candidate assessments objectively measure technical and role-specific skills, helping us validate a candidate's abilities before interviews. AI-powered interview evaluations provide structured feedback and consistent scoring, reducing interviewer bias and making it easier to compare candidates fairly. These features have shortened our time-to-hire and improved the quality of shortlisted candidates. The initial setup was also straightforward, and the interface is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about SkillSauce?**

One area for improvement is giving recruiters more flexibility to customize AI scoring and evaluation criteria for different roles and hiring workflows. The reporting and analytics could also provide deeper insights and more customizable dashboards. Occasionally, some AI-generated recommendations require manual review, especially for niche or highly specialized roles. Finally, adding more integrations with HRIS, ATS, and communication tools would make it even easier to fit SkillSauce into existing recruitment workflows.

I use SkillSauce to streamline hiring by assessing candidates' skills before interviews, reducing manual resume screening, and providing data-driven decisions. It simplifies scheduling, saves time, and gives detailed insights, improving hire quality.

The product is easy to use, the interview flow is smooth, and the assessment experience is also very helpful. The support team is really good and responsive whenever help is needed.

**What do you dislike about SkillSauce?**

I need integration with Slack and other apps.

**What problems is SkillSauce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SkillSauce addresses the challenge of managing assessments and AI interviews in a simple, organized way. It helps our team run candidate evaluations smoothly without requiring too much manual effort.

For us, the main benefits are the time savings, a more streamlined hiring process, and interviews and assessments that are easier to coordinate and manage. The platform also offers a good candidate experience, and the support team is very helpful whenever we need assistance.
