Crews clock in from the job site with geofenced, GPS-verified time entries, and photograph receipts at the supplier counter, where AI reads the vendor, amount and category and files the cost to the right job. Owners approve the week, track spend against budget, keep daily logs, and store job documents from the web app or the free iOS app — which works offline and syncs when the crew is back in signal. SiteLedger syncs with QuickBooks Online and connects to Google Drive and Slack. Jobs, receipts and timesheets export payroll-ready CSV for Xero, Sage and any payroll provider.
