**What do you like best about Simpu?**

I'm truly impressed with Simpu's shared inbox product, which has transformed the way we handle customer communication. It allows us to consolidate various communication channels into a single view, streamlining our workflow significantly. The chatbot functionality and live chat widget are also standout features, offering automated and personalized customer interactions at any time. The analytics provided by Simpu are exceptional, providing deep insights that have helped us continually optimize our communication strategies.

**What do you dislike about Simpu?**

There's very little to dislike about Simpu. The platform is intuitive, robust, and constantly improving. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to see even more third-party integrations in the future to further expand its capabilities. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise exceptional platform.

**What problems is Simpu solving and how is that benefiting you?**
