# Which inbound call tracking systems integrate with CRM and marketing automation tools?

I’d test this beyond whether the integration technically exists. The harder part is keeping attribution intact when one caller touches several campaigns, speaks to sales more than once, and eventually converts offline. Which of these reliably writes the call and its original marketing source back to the same contact or opportunity without creating duplicates or overwriting attribution the marketing team still needs?
