**What do you like best about Simplify360?**

I like that Simplify360 can centralize communication channels and work with many of them, which saves us time and money while simplifying workflows. It keeps everything in one place, which helps reduce the time for the support team and makes marketing smoother.

The setup for Simplify360 wasn't as easy as it should be. I needed to redo some portions, which was a bit frustrating.

I use Simplify360 to centralize communications, saving us time and money, simplifying workflows, and keeping everything in one place. It also reduces time for the support team and makes marketing smoother.

The Best par of Simplify360 is very user friendly, it is very easy to intigrate, it covers all social media platform, it is very helpful for customer service

It provide less Customization in the tool, there should be more customization option

It helps to get almost all social media tags, mentions & DM's at one place, we can also revert to them from tool also, with this, it is very time efficaiblt and proper followup on all media metions and tag's, With this tool we can manage all our social media queries, leads at one place

I love that the support team is very responsive when problems aries. And I love that the reporting and analytics features give me insights into how well we handle customer interactions. And the customer service is quite reliable.

**What do you dislike about Simplify360?**

I think it would be great to have a greater degree of integration. Additionally, configuring a new widget or even an existing one can be too difficult to understand.

**What problems is Simplify360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage of using Simplify360 for me was being able to manage all the publications of the company I work with in one place. Therefore, the most useful feature of Simplify360 is the fact everything is granular and can almost be customized to your liking.

**What do you like best about Simplify360?**

Simplify360 brings all your social media interactions into one place. You can manage and filter comments, messages, and mentions from different channels in a unified inbox. The automated responses are helpful in using predefined templates and auto-responses to handle common questions quickly. You can also understand the mood of interations with the sentiment analysis and tag them as positive, neutral, or negative.

Overall, the platform has helped us to improve our social media strategy and build stronger customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about Simplify360?**

One of the main downsides is costs. It can be expensive if you're considering the comprehensive suite of tools Simplify360 offers. Other minor drawbacks are the occasional bug or platform updates that disrupt the experience. And their customer support can be a bit slow to respond.

Simplify360 makes it easier to respond quickly to customers by keeping everything in one place and sending real-time alerts. Its automation features save you time on repetitive questions. It is very user friendly and allows me to manage mulltiple accounts and interactions in one place which I love!

I found that there was a bit of a leanring curve to start but then I got the hang of the system fairly quickly.

Reports on social media engagement, tracks all KPIS across multiple platforms for me. My current company is not using this, but I am trying to encourage them to start the trial!

Fast and easy setup that lets you get started quickly, without investing a lot of time in complex configuration and discovery processes. Very cost-effective as well, makes this a good starting point for enterprises and a very serviceable solution for startups.

**What do you dislike about Simplify360?**

Cost scaling is a bit unfair - just when you really get into it, you start running into usage / tracking limits that, given the scale of social media today, are a little unrealistic.
