**What do you like best about Simplemnt?**

Simplemnt is a great place for collaboration between customers and implementation. We have used the system to allow customers to get us information in a timely manner and allow us to use that to expedite setups and turn time. It's a great way to look back and see what the customer was asked for and then use this as a way to make sure we delivered on what was promised.

**What do you dislike about Simplemnt?**

The new interface seems a little clunky compared to the previous design, likely it will just take getting used to but the old design really hit the spot.Kind of wish it would go back that way.

**Recommendations to others considering Simplemnt:**

It's a great way to gather information for setup and implimentation. Allows us to send it to the customer and get notified of progress so we can get things moving. Have had a great experience thus far and plan on using it as much as possible going forward.

**What problems is Simplemnt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

centralized location for setup questions allowing us to get everything from the customer and then setting it up without worrying about where the information lives. easy for previous info to be found. Also it's a great tool to look at how the customer used the Simplemnt platform and how quickly they filled out infomration.
