Simplemnt is a great place for collaboration between customers and implementation. We have used the system to allow customers to get us information in a timely manner and allow us to use that to expedite setups and turn time. It's a great way to look back and see what the customer was asked for and then use this as a way to make sure we delivered on what was promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new interface seems a little clunky compared to the previous design, likely it will just take getting used to but the old design really hit the spot.Kind of wish it would go back that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
