**What do you like best about SimpleConnect (formerly SimpleMDS)?**

It is a very intuitive and easy to use MDS. It makes your life easier by helping with tracking and transmission. There are never any glitches or bugs like other softwares.

**What do you dislike about SimpleConnect (formerly SimpleMDS)?**

I dislike the lack of customisability and lack of hotkeys. I wish the system would not be changed so frequently because there is a steep learning curve whenever changes are made to the UI

**What problems is SimpleConnect (formerly SimpleMDS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me and simplifies my PBJ and MDS transmissions to CMS. My reports are streamlined and better organized. I love thow simple it is to use and there is not much time spent learning the features.

The ease of getting reports such as rehospitalization and quality measures.

Sometimes hard to understand how rates are calculated.

**What problems is SimpleConnect (formerly SimpleMDS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily give info needed by mgt without MDS personnel having to pull the info and share it.
