The most important part I liked Simio is that it can help people to reflect on the real situation. What I mean is that people can get the idea and vision about what the problem is. People can look at the simulation in Simio to solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to simulate various conditions like manpower fluctuations, machine uptime and predictive maintenance and being able to balance thee line for increased throughput. i had to create a new process for a new line of product in our facility for a sub assembly area.
