Unified view - Provides a single pane of glass to manage all sales channels - retail, ecommerce, distributors, resellers. This enables visibility across channels.
Automation - Automates routine sales channel processes like order processing, inventory allocation, logistics management to improve efficiency.
Analytics - Offers robust reporting and analytics into channel performance, trends, margins, commissions etc. Enables data-driven decisions.
Flexible pricing - Allows defining customized pricing policies and promotions for each sales channel based on margins and strategic priorities.
Mobile access - Mobile app allows salesagents and resellers to view inventory, orders, catalogs from anywhere to better serve customers.

Every domain has some dislikes, but this platform does not seems to be, only a generic customer support issues where every domain or platform faces for late or unsatisfied responses.

Business problems like in-house inventory management, Assumptions and documentation.
It also increased efficiency of the business.

Silverbyte Channel Management is not satisfied for customers. There is room, for improvement in terms of complexity and customization limitations overall it functions well.  The customer support bring  bugs or loading time issues.

Silverbyte Channel Management provides benefits in terms of optimizing efficiency and reducing costs but there are an areas that use improvement. There have been instances of overbooking or underbooking which have resulted in customer dissatisfaction and revenue loss.

**What problems is Silverbyte Channel Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software provides real time updates and valuable data insights but it consist of bugs that are expected from a use platform. There is lack of customization options limits its flexibility, for business needs. User interface is not user friendly and easy to navigate.Managing my hotels distribution channels become difficult, with this platform.

The software is seamless. There is real time update of bookings and cancellation so as the bookings are fully optimised always. The features are great. This is the primary software used by the organisation.

The customer support team can be a little bit better. There is sometimes problems in getting past data.

It helped in always providing the customers real time update of empty bookings and their booking data. It also provides all the information to the organisation which helps us in forecasting our needs for the coming weeks.
