With Traction Guest, our customers/visitors can easily sign in in less than a few minutes which is a plus! I really like the notification via cellular phone when a guest checks in. I can just pick it up and take it outside to the Assembly Point. The SwipedOn support staff are more than happy to help and resolve any issues very quickly. We have a lot of visitors to school who compliment and are impressed by our system. What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions? One recommendation hower would be be, it would be handy if the administrator could alter sign in/out times of staff as some staff forget to sign in and out at they leave the building. One dislike is that SwipedOn signs people out when you mark them as "safe" in an evacuation. In school, staff go to their own classrooms and in their own doors so they cant pass through reception and sign back in as they would in any other building. It's quite time consuming to sit and sign in each member of staff and to remember which staff were in school is a little risky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Sign In Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a school so safeguarding is paramount. We are able to see who is in school at a quick glance and the photograph feature is amazing! We also no longer have to archive old records which takes up space. Before SwipedOn we would have to take two seperate folders to the assembly point (visitor and staff) this eliminates that and the iPad is lightweight and far easier to handle. The best part of the SwipedOn platform is that it is easy to use and manage. The front desk is able to support most of the day-to-day operations on this console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sign In Solutions? My experience is good so far. But I experience issues time to time that create interruption. For instance, some time App stop pulling host lists, in the host search box. Changing the theme fixes that issue but that seems like bug as it has happened 3 times. Also watch list marching does not work properly. I have ticket open for that issue. The webpage auto refresh takes a minute to load. So to assign a badge to multiple visitors takes longer, as you need to refresh the page manually for each sign in. The system bugs I mentioned above. The search function on guestbook is not capable of searching all form fields . For example, I have a form field name Vehicle plate number but i can't search it on the guest book.
