The best thing about SibMe is its ability to track user data. In previous coaching programs or methods we've used, we weren't able to monitor trends in classroom instruction at such a high level as we can with SibMe. There aren't many dislikes, honestly. For the sake of transparency and this review, there have been a few 'bugs' here and there. However (and this is huge), the support team is incredibly supportive, hungry for feedback, and has consistently provided support to help us overcome any glitch. Perhaps the limitations of sound. Some of my candidates have low sound and there is very little range in the ability to turn up the volume. Not sure if Sibme is able to do anything about it, but it would be nice to be able to turn up the volume more. Also, the share menu needs help. The little, tiny square at the bottom for sharing both video and sound gets missed and my candidates end up sharing a couple of times before they find it. Sibme is an excellent tool for viewing self-recorded videos of educators teaching in the classroom. It is easy for teachers to upload the videos into their workspace and then comment on their videos while watching and reflecting on their craft. As the teacher begins to type in the comment space, the video self-pauses, allowing the teacher to organize the comment and pauses the video until the teacher is finished and saves the analysis. If the teacher or evaluator needs to change their reflection, it can be deleted or edited. The teacher's and evaluators' comments are time-stamped, allowing them to see when they commented during the video. Once the video is shared in the teacher's huddle, the evaluator can see it. Sibme sends a message to both the evaluator and the teacher when a comment is made. The evaluator can then watch the video, read and respond to the teacher's words, and continue with a back and forth comments. Educators can rewatch their videos throughout the year and see their growth. The video observations create dynamic conversations and allow both parties to create and watch videos on a schedule that works for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside of Sibme I have discovered is when the teacher is ready to share their videos in the huddle. The teacher clicks on their huddle, such as 22-23 Observations, and then shares. At the bottom of that drop-down menu is a box that says Share comments, tags and attachments. Many teachers tend to miss that box, creating back-and-forth emails from evaluators asking them to add their comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sibme is a platform that has transformed my coaching. I can video, time stamp comment, post questions and resources, annotate student work samples. It's all in 1. The platform is user friendly. The Sibme help team is amazing with support often within 1-2 minutes if you post a question in the chat. None at this time. Any concern we have with the functionality of the platform is brought up to Sibme and updated in a timely fashion for users. Sibme allows me to rewatch parts of lessons and gives me the time to ask meaningful questions to help teachers reflect and adjust their teaching. I also like the flexibility it gives me. I can watch and comment on lessons from anywhere at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of Sibme is there is not as much face-to-face interaction so you can lose some of that rapport with the teacher if you are not careful. Unless you have a reallly really good setup, it can also be difficult to get the whole picture of the classroom as the Ipads can not always capture the entire room. I really like how easy it is to upload videos from my phone. I appreciate the option to record on my phone and upload, or to record directly into sibme. It saves me time and storage on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there is a glitch with the time stamps, and I try to switch them, but the option disappears. I also sometimes have trouble renaming items because it will tell me the title already exists when it doesn't. I also wish I could clip and trim the video or pull out certain parts of the video when editing, instead of just cropping it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy is to use it. The speed how sibme changes screens (loads) is absolutely GREAT I don't loose time reviewing a video delete it and do it again if I want to repeat any action I also like that is a cyber storage where to save my videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
