With Sibme, we have been able to significantly reduce travel costs. ### 2. I especially like the like the comment feature as I watch the video. Students can reply and have a dialogue about what we see on the video. It is a really useful tool. I also like that it is available 24 hours a day. I am an early riser and sometimes watch videos at 7 am with a cup of coffee. **What do you dislike about Sibme?** I dislike that the video stops when I am typing. **What problems is Sibme solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can watch my students on line without having to travel to their schools. ### 3. They allow for direct intervention and positive celebrations for specific things. It is a great tool for new teachers. **What do you dislike about Sibme?** Nothing about the program. I love the program. I dislike how hard it can be to get teachers onboard with using the program. I like all of the updates that have been made like commenting on documents. Great addition. **What problems is Sibme solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program allows me to see into more classes through the use of videos. It also allows my teachers to gather ideas and problem solve areas where they are struggling. I love using it for best practice videos. ### 10. Now adding multiple docs and commenting on all - it's invaluable. **What do you dislike about Sibme?** I'd like more ability to add organization within folders and even views into windows holding huddles. **What problems is Sibme solving and how is that benefiting you?** Video observation, collaborative commenting and archiving allows for us to follow growth over time but to empower the teacher over the coach/mentor/system. ### 14.
