## About Showciopath
Showciopath is the only AI-powered tour scheduling and route optimization platform built specifically for buyer's agents in residential real estate. It compresses what is normally a 60–90 minute manual workflow — calling listing agents, negotiating showing windows, building a driving order, writing texts, sending the client an itinerary — into a 5-minute automated flow. Buyer's agents paste in a list of MLS addresses and a preferred tour window. Showciopath geocodes every property, runs an AI-optimized driving route to minimize windshield time between showings, generates ready-to-send confirmation texts to each listing agent, and produces a clean branded itinerary the buyer can open on their phone. Calendar export to Google Calendar and Apple Calendar is one click. Tour status updates from listing agents flow back into the agent's dashboard automatically. Showciopath is purpose-built for the realities of the buyer-side workflow: lockbox timing, showing instructions, AS-IS contract considerations, and the back-and-forth with co-op agents that eats most of a Realtor's afternoon. Unlike generic field-service routing tools (Route4Me, OptimoRoute, RoadWarrior) or generic calendar tools, every feature is designed around the way a real estate agent actually books and runs a buyer tour. Efficiency. It takes the annoying process of showing scheduling and makes it easier and faster.

**What do you dislike about Showciopath?**

The only thing missing is direct access to Google Calendar.

**What problems is Showciopath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s saving me—and other agents—a lot of time when scheduling and setting up showings. It used to take me 45 minutes to an hour; now it’s 5 minutes or less.
