The text messaging to customers is also very convenient. **What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?** On the iphone app you cannot access the schedule or on a mobile device. **What problems is Shopmonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with customers and no hidden surprises on their invoices ### 2. When you come out with new features, they are never a 100% the purchase order came out, and you cannot even enter tires! the mobile app does not work as a work base since you cannot use the same features. **Recommendations to others considering Shopmonkey:** It a great program and will be even greater when they make some more implementations. **What problems is Shopmonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The messaging system is wonderful and helps us out a lot so that benefits us very well. The payment system is also a great feature that is helping our shop out. ### 3. It makes integrating the Shopmonkey seamless and allows you to experience the benefits right away. **What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?** It would be nice to have the mobile app include more features, specifically the calendar. To that point, the Shopmonkey team is very responsive with feedback and constantly updating and improving their software. **What problems is Shopmonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problems Shopmonkey solved were customer retention, creating professional estimates and invoices, consolidating appointment information, disseminating information internally, and customer communication. ### 7.
