What do you like best about Shopify POS?

Shopify POS provides an automated tool for managing inventory, orders, products, and product variants. A number of Shopify apps are available on the Shopify store to specific functionality you want to inject in the you POS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

In products, there are a limited number of variants we can add for the products. We can't customize the POS functionality as a developer as there are limited featured are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shopify POS?

It is easy to use. It is a mobile app that can be run on a smartphone or tablet. Recently added an all-in-one device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

Loses connection to POS external devices like printers and scanners. The app is updated constantly, which causes the app to stop functioning until you update it. Does not allow different pricing for POS from the online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopify POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify POS has replaced our existing POP system. It pulls the inventory from our online Shopify store for pricing and inventory. Additional items needed to be purchased for card processing and receipt printing, but this allowed us to now offer ship reading and tap processing, which we did not have before.
