**What do you like best about ShipSights?**

Hi, we chose ShipSights for various reasons, as it is not almost no risky for doing our cargo. Because ShipSights has an excellent supply chain, risk mitigation is very notable.
Also, this app has a very variable strategics list, so the demand doesn't bother us much.

**What do you dislike about ShipSights?**

While ShipSights come with a lot of strategies to mitigate the risk, it also depends on the exterior market, and some shipments come out from different parts of the world, like China or Europe, and are very far away from our country, so it takes some time for getting those things we need.
Also, communication is challenging because we need to talk to many people, like suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, etc. is very complicated.

**What problems is ShipSights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app resolved the extensive supply chain!! We realized this has more potential than other software like this, so we are starting to use it, and we are going on wheels!!!
