I like how SiftedAI makes it easy to export data into a workable Excel file for presenting to leadership. The ability to name and group all of our accounts simplifies filtering, which is incredibly helpful as we manage hundreds of accounts. The recommendations feature, which we use the most, has been beneficial in helping us save. I also appreciate that the initial setup was incredibly easy. I think that the interface itself could be a tad more customizable and the support from the account team could be quicker. I'd perhaps like a free form section of the interface in which we could build visuals or maps to our liking. Additionally, it sometimes takes weeks for simple changes that we request to account names/groupings to be implemented. Even things like the recommendations are great but still a little clunky. I am very impressed with the management of our contract pricing with the shippers we analyze. Sifted allows us to be sure we are getting credits due to us. We have been partners with them for managing our shipping costs since June 2023. We have already recouped our contract fee AND 110% above that! Sifted (in less than a year) has saved us $11,000! I manage a spreadsheet comparing teh credits booked on the sifted website and compare it to the shippers credits. Sifted often changes the credits more than a month or two later. So I am having to revised my spreasheet. Once the credit has been recorded, it should not change--but it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any software we want it all and with that, it would be great to see Sifted suggest ways to improve shipping spend. I was able to quickly check where my shipping costs were coming from so I would have better arguments with UPS when negotiating rates. So many things go into the rate of one package, being able to narrow it down really helps. The auditing of packages delivered on time really helped as well, I used to spend an hour every week checking on just air packages and Sifted took care of every single one.
