Pretty nifty piece of managing software **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024 **What do you like best about Shippabo?** UI is pretty decent, have a hard time explaining the know how's to more elderly colleagues but especially for certain tasks I can just show them how and they are able to grasp it **What do you dislike about Shippabo?** Some glitches once in a while, when working and have multiple projects open it takes an extra second to load, I'm pretty sure the internet is stable hence must be the tool **Recommendations to others considering Shippabo:** Watch some instructional videos if you've never used it and it's pretty similar to any other freight management tool but has some extra bells and whistles **What problems is Shippabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Realtime updates is the most important one, helps make quick decisions and if something isn't right counter measures. Delays can cost a lot of money for my company ### 2. We have saved a lot of time putting reports together, and their ocean rates are fairly competitive. Their customs clearance is also reasonable since I am not charged per line for classification. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient shipping solution. ### 3. I can also visually track the progress each container via satellite on the global map which is included on their portal. **What do you dislike about Shippabo?** I cannot think of anything I dislike about Shippabo. **Recommendations to others considering Shippabo:** Definitely give them a try, especially if you are tired of dealing with enless email threads. If you want all information for each shipment kept track of and archived for easy retrieval later on, Shippabo is for you. **What problems is Shippabo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shippabo's platform keeps my various importation transactions well organized. Questions and issues are answered usually in the same day or in a reasonable amount of time. Shipment update notifications are emailed, to keep me up to date. Shippabo's portal and people make my job a lot easier and increase efficiency, saving time. Shippabo's customs clearing costs are low and their ocean rate quotes are competitive. Historical information is easy to retrieve and there are no endless email threads to comb though. I highly recommend them. ### 5.
