**What do you like best about Shippabo?**

The Team at Shippabo is on top of all of my orders, bringing to my attention Ina. Timely manner anything issues that need to be addressed so I continue to receive a smooth flow of goods.

**What do you dislike about Shippabo?**

The plethora of information accessible through the Shippabo platform can be overwhelming at first. However the team works with you to create specific and personalized reporting to  ensure you are getting the information that is most beneficial for you.

**Recommendations to others considering Shippabo:**

My advice to those looking at Shippabo is to create the vision of what you're looking for and be prepared to work with their team to refine it until it works best for you.

**What problems is Shippabo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shippabo helps bring clarity to my Logisitics system allowing me to give clients more meaningful information about arrival timelines for their orders. Information is updated constantly allowing me to access the platform throughout the day and see updates.
