I also appreciate being able to create new proposals based on existing ones, since it saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Settle?** It can be difficult to tell which RFPs are looking only for regional partners, and the new proposal tool is sometimes confusing and not very intuitive. **What problems is Settle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Settle has been able to dig deeper and determine which RFPs are the best fit for our video team, getting more specific so we spend less time scanning through options. ### 2. I love the Slack integration so that I can ask one off questions and quickly get them answered. It's also helpful for our team as new hires come on, they can see answers to common or niche questions. For RFPs, it saves me SO much time by inputting all questions I need answered and letting Settle generate answers that I just have to export. **What do you dislike about Settle?** Not much to share here yet, the team quickly works on any feedback I give. **What problems is Settle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Settle, RFPs were extremely time consuming. Finding the answers to each question, writing up custom responses, etc. Now, Settle does a majority of the work for us.
