User tracking via video with continuous updates is beneficial for us. **What do you dislike about Session Rewind?** One problem we had with Session Rewind was that video frames were repeating for some sessions, which confused us. Also, for some of our users, video recording was without CSS, we don't know why this happened with a few customers, but it happened. **What problems is Session Rewind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Session rewind allows businesses to track customers' activity on your app via video rather than click events detecting tools. We were able to see what new customers are actually doing to know where we are missing in terms of user experience. ### 2. Also the price can't be beat. **What do you dislike about Session Rewind?** The application is not as fully featured as other solutions, but they are young and adding features every day and very responsive to feedback. **What problems is Session Rewind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually, for access to this kind of technology, costs are so high that it becomes prohibitive for a startup to use. Session Rewind puts session viewing in the hands of the startup, where it is most useful. ### 3.
