**What do you like best about Sesame Communications?**

The phone call reminders and online patient portal with appointment history was great.  Texting was easy but limited to a character count and I would have preferred an app over an online page.

**What do you dislike about Sesame Communications?**

Would have preferred an app for texting over a webpage. Any changes made for voice recordings or website changes took way way too long to happen. Unable to change website info on our own.

**What problems is Sesame Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appointment confirmations were great and lots of patients liked the phone calls and online patient portal.  It made the need for people to call the office less.

The online portal where you can see patient forms, send encrypted emails, contact patients and more.

**What do you dislike about Sesame Communications?**

Nothing really, we never had a problem with anything.

**What problems is Sesame Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The encyrpted emailing helped our office be faster in communicating with other healthcare providers.

No true dislikes. Customer service fast, emails go out quickly. Works like gmail. But more custom
