It's really helpful how ServiceNow can leverage cross-product data for security operations, like using the global user data for 'affected users' in security incident reports (SIR), mapping inbound actions to reporters from the global user table, and making SIR and Vulnerability Response (VR) CMDB aware, including support group routing.
