**What do you like best about ServiceNow Sales CRM?**

Sales and Order Management builds on our core CSM workflows, but brings in additional fields and functionality specifically for addressing sales- and order-related issues, without having to customize our instance.

**What do you dislike about ServiceNow Sales CRM?**

It really needs an out-of-the-box workflow for handling approvals.

**What problems is ServiceNow Sales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings together multiple teams that all play a part in handling and resolving order-related requests and issues. It also provides visibility into the handoffs between teams, creating opportunities to automate processes and reduce “swivel-chair” work by human agents.
