What do you like best about Service365?

How easy it is to use Service365 for Administrators, Managers, and Field Services Teams. Everything is super easy to use. The tiles help users to quickly navigate to what we need. Colour coding helps lock in the functional areas we are in. It so much easier to use then Business Central. Love the Checkins and TimeSheets, possibly the fastest and easiest to use and love that you can select teams to be notified of your Checkins (standup/standdown) tasks. What do you dislike about Service365?

Sometimes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central gets slow. Since Service365 built on Business Central, it slows down, but that's pretty rare and not their fault. I would like for more CRM functionality to better manage new leads, I am told that is coming and will mimic Business Central CRM, but like the rest of the S365 app will be much easier to use than BC CRM.
