**What do you like best about Service365?**

How easy it is to use Service365 for Administrators, Managers, and Field Services Teams.  Everything is super easy to use. The tiles help users to quickly navigate to what we need.  Colour coding helps lock in the functional areas we are in.  It so much easier to use then Business Central.  Love the Checkins and TimeSheets, possibly the fastest and easiest to use and love that you can select teams to be notified of your Checkins (standup/standdown) tasks.

**What do you dislike about Service365?**

Sometimes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central gets slow.  Since Service365 built on Business Central, it slows down, but that's pretty rare and not their fault.  I would like for more CRM functionality to better manage new leads, I am told that is coming and will mimic Business Central CRM, but like the rest of the S365 app will be much easier to use than BC CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering Service365:**

If you are on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and have field services teams, you need Service365.  Using Service365 enables all the data to be easily captured and in real-time sync with Business Central, where the front-office meets back-office in the cloud.  Don't think about it.  Just get it done, and do more business.

**What problems is Service365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling the field teams to work collaboratively in the cloud with the office team, without having to be accountants, but everything ends up in Business Central in real-time, which is perfect.  We are able to schedule and dispatch services and increase services, which helps to grow the business.

**What do you like best about Service365?**

Service365 allows for efficiency.  I can easily approve subcontractor time entries.  Simple creation of purchase invoice and sales invoices.

**What do you dislike about Service365?**

Can lag a bit when entering a lot of information.

**What problems is Service365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service365 allows for tracking of time for employees and subcontractors. Allows for simplified purchase orders  and invoices.  Things have become quicker and less chance of human error.

Service365 Allows us to delegate decision making to the people in the field doing the work.

**What do you dislike about Service365?**

Would like Service365 to be integrated with Sage accounting products.

**What problems is Service365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the data directly into our accounting system has always been a pain.  Also, changes made in my finance department often would not find its way into the field.  As a result decisions being made would be late or even wrong.  Service365 allows the data between the field platform and the finance system to be 100% real time synced.
