**What do you like best about Serveiz?**

Serveiz is a cloud-based, comprehensive Field Service Management platform , handles large-scale AMI/AMR deployments. 
Optimizes field operations, we can manage the resources, assets, schedules, and tasks. 

I have been using other platform earlier- but had lot of manual activties- Serviez had lots of features and No wonder why lot of customers are using Serveiz.

Very Easy to use system. Almost all of my field service teams use Serveiz daily

**What do you dislike about Serveiz?**

So far no Dislikes-All smooth- I should say great support team as well.

**What problems is Serveiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Serveiz helps in automating lot of acttivites for field service technicains. Cant imagine the life of my field technicains with our servieiz.
Right from large-scale AMI/AMR deployments, Managing the resources, optimizing routes, managing the inventory, assets in ware house, Tracking the assets, scheduling tasks, open tasks, close tasks, lot of dashbaords and reports. 

We achieved increased operational efficiency and significant cost savings.

**What do you like best about Serveiz?**

Serveiz enables my field technicials handle tasks effectively. It has intelligent routing ability that allocates tasks based on the resource availability. It also monitors the assets, inventory. There are lot of dashbaords and reporting option with real time alerts.

With all the features, system is easy to navigate and use. Any new person can start using it in an hour or so.
Serviez Team is also supportive
We use serveiz on regular basis

**What do you dislike about Serveiz?**

Serviez is good so far- will keep things updated when we use more

**What problems is Serveiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the work orders, managing and tracking the assets, System allows us to track the activities of field technicians , GPS, status of the work order, intelligent routing- handling and scheudling tasks etc.

Serveiz is very beneficial in handling all those
