We use Sendspark as a key component in our tech stack (LinkedIn Sales Nav → Clay → Lemlist → Sendspark → Pipedrive), and it seamlessly handles personalized video outreach at scale.

What truly sets Sendspark apart is their support team - specifically Dan, who has been instrumental in our success. When we faced a critical audio normalization issue during a client handover (audio levels were inconsistent in dynamic campaigns), Dan not only diagnosed the root cause within hours but actually reprocessed our video to attempt a fix. This level of hands-on technical support is rare in SaaS.

The platform itself excels at maintaining video quality while enabling true personalization. The workspace management is flexible enough for our multi-client setup, and the API integration points work flawlessly with our n8n orchestration layer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that the product didn't fit my use case (I wanted full person videos with no background) and therefore need to downgrade. They stop me being able to do this myself which is dissapointing. I can't think of anything I disliked. The LinkedIn integration makes it seem like a viewer will see the thumbnail of your video, but if you haven't connected yet, they'll only see a url. What do you like best about Sendspark?

Sendspark has so many usecases. I used to create videos just for one step in the outreach before. Now it helps me to: create product walkthroughs for prospects, do personalized outreach (at scale!!), send a quick video update on Linkedin, through Hubspot and even create Linkedin personal content.

I use it every day. After adding it to Hubspot, Linkedin and downloading the desktop app, seems like Sendspark pops up as a better alternative for any written outreach I do.

I feel that I am so much more on video after starting to use Sendspark. And for a sales person it is a superpower as it brings me so much closer to buyers through personalisation.

What do you like best about Sendspark?

The simplicity was appreciated because I did not have time to figure out a complicated platform. I had someone create a Happy New Year message for our clients and I needed somewhere to host it. I didn't mind the free version but wanted to brand it a bit more so I upgraded short term. I added others on my team with ease so that they could also embed the video and send to their clients adn vendors too. Everyone that viewed it loved it so I am encouraged to do it again. I didn't realize that embedding a video sent people to SendSpark's website but turned out OK since I could brand it with my company logo and colors. It has just about everything you need to make a quality video message for a really reasonable price. I love the extra features of being able to add my logo, customize the button, and text overlay on the preview video as well. Customer support has also been really great. The only downsides I've noticed is not having a feature to add speaking notes next to the video that only I can see (so I have a script or outline to follow).
