When we faced a critical audio normalization issue during a client handover (audio levels were inconsistent in dynamic campaigns), Dan not only diagnosed the root cause within hours but actually reprocessed our video to attempt a fix. This level of hands-on technical support is rare in SaaS.

The AI voice cloning can be sensitive to source audio quality - low volume recordings or background static can affect the output quality in dynamic campaigns.
