"Streamlining Tasks with SendBoard: A Project Manager's Take"

What do you like best about SendBoard for Trello?

I have just started with SendBoard's free trial, and it's already changing the game for my construction project management. Its easy to implement as most of our team members are already used to using some form or the other of a kanaban SaaS software in the past. Plus SendBoard is a lot intuitive.

A really cool thing that I personally like a lot was the inegration of SendBoard with Trello. It'll for sure make coordinating tasks a breeze. Especially for a project manager like myself whos constantly juggling between fabrication workshop and the site project management and logistcs issues all at once.

Email to Trello Cards Feature: Genius idea! Converts my endless emails directly into Trello tasks. Huge time saver. This feature alone is enough for me to use SendBoard on a daily basis. There is a cool integration on the other way as well, which is the email tracking feature. So when i send a submittal to the client, I know when is it read.

Please note, these are all very early Impressions. If the trial went well. My subscription has exprired and right now the managmenet is considering taking a membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendBoard for Trello?

The 14 day free trial ends too early. I would love if the team at Trello can make the Sendboard's free trial atleast a month long. Although the no credit card requirment to start the free trial is really nice, having a month of free trial would just help users like myself to tinker with Sendboard a bit more to make up my mind for sure, to get a subscription for my team.

What problems is SendBoard for Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work as a project manager at an architechtural fabrication and installtion company as a project manager. Its much like being the project manager at a construction site but just bit more complex. There are a number of internal and external stakeholders that are involved. Like the fabrication workshop, logistics within the city of fabrication, logistics outside the city of fabrication and then finally coordinationg with the staff installing it. Cherry on the top, there are a number of projects like this. Thus to keep my sanity i gave the SendBoard a check and it is helping me and the team in very minute as well as very major of ways.

The most common thing that used to happen with me was the fact that I used to forget emails, i used to add them to my todo but then those todos would get lost and i would end up never doing them until being reminded of them all of a sudden when the situation would have already gone out of hands. I now use SendBoard and make a trello card for the same and assign the next person responsible for the execution of that task or recitification of that snag.
