"Securiti.ai Delivers a True Control Center for Privacy, Governance & AI Risk"
5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

The "Control Center" for Data Privacy, Governance, and AI Risk

I’ve been using Securiti.ai for sometime to manage data privacy, governance, and AI compliance across our org.

Securiti's Data Command Center actually delivers. Instead of using 5 different tools for DSARs, consent, data mapping, and AI governance, we run everything from one platform.

Key wins for us:

1. Automated Data Discovery + Mapping: Finds PII/PCI across Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake in days vs months of manual work.

2. DSAR & Consent Automation: Cut DSAR response time from 14 days to 48 hours. Consent management is finally centralized.

3. AI Governance: This is huge. It gives us visibility into what data our LLMs are training on, tracks prompt risks, and helps with EU AI Act compliance.

4. No-Code Workflows: Legal, IT, and Security can all use it without engineering bottlenecks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

What could be better:

Well, Onboarding took ∼3 weeks to fully tune the classifiers.

Also, pricing is enterprise-tier, so better fit for mid-market + enterprise vs small startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Data Discovery, Needs Streamlined Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

I like the data discovery and classification features of Securiti, which give us a much clearer picture of where sensitive information is stored, instead of relying on manual tracking. The centralized dashboard is great because I can quickly see data-related risks, privacy requests, and compliance tasks all in one place, saving time, especially when preparing for audits or responding to internal data requests. These features help us significantly reduce manual efforts, as Securiti scans our data sources and identifies sensitive information like PII efficiently, aiding in compliance work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

One thing that could be improved is the initial configuration and tuning. When we added new data sources, getting the scans and classifications configured correctly sometimes took a bit of trial and error. The platform is powerful, but there can be a lot of information to work through, so a simpler interface and clearer prioritization of findings would make the day-to-day experience easier. I think the setup could be easier with more guided configuration for new data sources, such as step-by-step setup recommendations for required permissions, scan settings, and classification rules to reduce the trial and error. When a scan fails, it would be helpful if Securiti clearly explained the reason and the specific setting or permission causing the issue. Right now, we sometimes have to dig through logs or check the data source configuration ourselves. A more direct error message with recommended steps to fix it would make troubleshooting much faster, especially for less technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Sensitive Data Discovery and Classification Across Cloud and SaaS"
5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

What I like best about Securiti is its ability to automatically discover and classify sensitive data across different cloud and SaaS environments. It gives good visibility into where sensitive data is stored and helps identify potential security and compliance risks without requiring as much manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

The main thing I dislike about Securiti is that the platform can feel complex to configure and has a learning curve, especially when setting up advanced workflows and integrating multiple data sources. The initial implementation can also take some time before everything is fully optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Compliance with Robust Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

I appreciate how Securiti makes data privacy, security, and compliance easy to manage with its simple interface and reliable integrations that connect smoothly with existing systems. The built-in AI is fantastic for handling the heavy lifting of identifying and organizing data, it automates repetitive compliance tasks which is a real time-saver and reduces human errors. I love the platform's excellent visibility, tracking sensitive candidate and employee data across different systems seamlessly, which minimizes our reliance on manual spreadsheets. Its simplicity and practicality make it great for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

Securiti overall works well, but some of the more advanced features can take time to understand. The setup and configuration could be more straightforward, especially for new users. I also want to see simpler reporting and more customization options for dashboards, along with clearer pricing as usage grows. Securiti's advanced features like data discovery and classification can feel overwhelming during initial setup across multiple systems. The platform could lower this learning curve by adding a simple configuration wizard, clearer in-product explanations, and practical examples. Finally, providing pre-built templates for common staffing and HR workflows would allow teams to launch quickly without configuring everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Securiti: Streamlined Data Management with Powerful AI Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

I find Securiti to be a practical and user-friendly platform that helps manage data privacy, security, and governance seamlessly. I love its intuitive interface and the fact that it easily connects with existing tools, making work efficient. The AI features and automation are particularly useful, saving manual effort and providing high visibility into company data. It speeds up workflows, helps reduce manual work, and minimizes human errors. I appreciate how the platform simplifies staffing operations by organizing and securing employee and candidate data while also helping with compliance tasks. Its high performance is great for handling large amounts of data, and the integrations are seamless. I also value the supportive onboarding and overall good ROI, which provide strong value for teams needing complete data management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

I find Securiti has a steep learning curve and a complex initial setup process. The pricing structure can also be restrictive for smaller teams that need advanced features. To improve the user experience, the platform needs a simpler interface, easier onboarding, and more automation for routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Data Privacy Management with Some Initial Hurdles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

I use Securiti for sensitive data discovery and data privacy management across cloud environments. I like how it automates the process of finding shadow data and sensitive PII, reducing manual compliance auditing efforts and preventing potential data privacy risks. The automated AI-driven data intelligence catalog is impressive as it dynamically classifies sensitive assets without manual tagging. I find the unified dashboard exceptional for providing real-time visibility into compliance posture across multi-cloud integrations, which saves hours during audits and ensures prompt remediation of risks. Additionally, integrating it with tools like AWS S3, Snowflake, Jira, and Slack enhances its functionality with real-time security alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

I find the initial setup and rule configuration to have a steep learning curve, and we feel that the platform pricing can be high for smaller deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Securiti’s Data Command Center Unifies Privacy, Security, and Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

What really sets Securiti apart is how it solves data fragmentation by unifying data security, privacy, and governance into a single Data Command Center. Instead of forcing teams to stitch together separate tools for data discovery, DSAR compliance, access control, and AI governance, Securiti continuously maps and contextualizes sensitive data across complex multi-cloud environments allowing organizations to automate heavy compliance workflows and protect data fed into AI models without burning out engineering teams on manual tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

The biggest drawback of Securiti is its complexity and the steep learning curve during initial setup. Because it aims to cover everything from privacy and governance to security posture across multi-cloud environments, getting it properly configured and fine-tuned especially in a way that avoids alert fatigue can take significant time and real engineering effort. On top of that, its enterprise-level pricing can make it cost-prohibitive for smaller teams. Finally, performance and overall usability depend heavily on pre-built connectors, so if you’re running niche or legacy data systems, what should be seamless integration can quickly turn into a manual, time-consuming headache. "Robust Data Security Simplified with Securiti"
5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

I use Securiti for its powerful automated data discovery and highly accurate classification across both structured and unstructured data, which really stands out. The platform's granular access governance capability is another strength, allowing us to enforce consistent governance policies across all data access. I appreciate having unified intelligence from both data and AI assets within a single dashboard, as this drastically speeds up our risk assessment and compliance reporting processes. The onboarding process was smooth and well-guided, and the clear documentation provided by Securiti made connecting our hybrid infrastructure and deploying the scan straightforward, without causing operational downtime. Additionally, Securiti is a significant product for our organization's data security, helping to tighten our security controls on cloud and on-premises data infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

I find the user interface and reporting customization having a mild learning curve for a non-admin user. Additionally, I think fine-tuning some of the default policy templates could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Data Intelligence for Privacy, DSPM, and AI Governance in One Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

Securiti stands out as an exceptional platform for enterprise data intelligence because it seamlessly unifies data security posture management (DSPM), privacy automation, and AI governance into a single, cohesive dashboard. Rather than forcing organizations to rely on fragmented tools, it provides deep, automated visibility into where sensitive data resides across complex multicloud environments. Its intelligent mapping, automated DSAR fulfillment, and robust safeguards for Generative AI significantly streamline regulatory compliance while proactively protecting sensitive information from risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

While Securiti is highly effective for unified data intelligence, its main drawbacks center around deployment complexity, cost, and operational friction. Because the platform covers an exceptionally broad surface area—from DSPM and privacy automation to GenAI governance—the initial setup and configuration of custom policies can carry a steep learning curve and require significant administrative effort. Additionally, deep scans across vast multicloud and legacy environments can be resource-intensive, while the pricing model is firmly tailored toward large enterprises, making it cost-prohibitive for smaller organizations with simpler needs. "Accurate Multicloud Data Discovery That Makes GDPR Compliance Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Securiti?

Honestly, Securiti has been a total lifesaver for our data governance and keeping track of everything across our multicloud setups. Its automated data discovery is super accurate, which really helps our team know exactly where our sensitive PII data lives at all times. We love how easy it handles things like GDPR compliance since the integrations let us connect discoveries straight to our ticketing system. Also, their support team is always super quick to respond whenever we run into any issues. There is a bit of a learning curve at first for the advanced features, but overall its totally worth the investment for any enterprise security team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

As for the challenges, the biggest issue is the initial setup and overall complexity, which can feel pretty overwhelming at first. When you’re trying to scale across a large enterprise, the native UI starts to feel like a bottleneck because it requires too much manual, one-to-one configuration instead of offering bulk actions built in. Another area for improvement is the error messaging: when something fails in the background, it doesn’t really explain why, which makes debugging a real headache. There are also a few gaps where certain legacy directories or custom workflows don’t automatically link up, so you still end up doing manual cleanup. If they could simplify onboarding and provide clearer feedback when things go wrong, it would save a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
