What do you like best?
Competitive price. Easy and interactive user interface. Not much IT technical knowledge is required to implement the SecureDocs. Users can easily understand the functionality because of it's UI. Data is secure, the lightning speed of access to the VDR. Not faced any downtime or technical glitches during the usage in the last 2 years. Transparent software policy. We are based out of India but support is not an issue. 24x7 Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Speed, ability to manage users (balk upload) and roles, archiving and data room organizing, support, ability to brand the data room Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
