Recommendations to others considering Secret View:

As a formula, you want to receive reports that are independent and unbiased. With Secret View, you can specify that an auditor cannot visit the same location twice within one year, which provides a more accurate picture. It's also beneficial that photos of the location or products are taken. This confirms what is described in the reports, and if a photo shows something different, you can adjust the report once you have the rights. This is all very helpful.
