I'm looking forward to more features aimed at the administrator that will make my life as a recruiter even more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Searchless solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is enabling me to sell recruitment services at a vastly discounted rate. I can do that because we can fill over 60% of our vacancies through simply funnelling them through the platform. The remaining 40% of roles that require headhunting are simple to deliver as we can invite people on the market en-masse rather than have to speak to them all up front. One of the best elements of Searchless is the level of sophistication of the AI interviewer. We have used this product to interview a range of applicants including Structural Engineers, Desktop Support staff, general managers and Architects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Searchless?

I don't dislike anything about the product. Support coverage in Australia and New Zealand would be beneficial though which isn't apparently due to be available until June 2025. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
