It is a great way to quickly gauge if a candidate is qualified for the role, and saves a lot of time. There was also a minor bug that we ran into, but Jonathan and his team fixed it in an hour. The team is very responsive. **What do you dislike about Searchless?** When I used it last year, Searchless was still pretty basic. No doubt that they have been adding new features. **What problems is Searchless solving and how is that benefiting you?** With many candidates applying to the same role, it is difficult to go through the hiring process, both for the candidate and for the employer. Searchless helped us reduce the time it took to find qualified candidates, and can provide feedback. ### 2. It listens to their answers and asks questions based on the answers. It has proper conversations. **What do you dislike about Searchless?** I'm looking forward to more features aimed at the administrator that will make my life as a recruiter even more straightforward. **What problems is Searchless solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is enabling me to sell recruitment services at a vastly discounted rate. I can do that because we can fill over 60% of our vacancies through simply funnelling them through the platform. The remaining 40% of roles that require headhunting are simple to deliver as we can invite people on the market en-masse rather than have to speak to them all up front. ### 3. We have used this product to interview a range of applicants including Strucutural Engineers, Desktop Support staff, general managers and Architects. **What do you dislike about Searchless?** I don't dislike anything about the product.
