Searchless was very easy to set up, and I really liked the fact that I can pick important skills for a role, the AI will ask questions related to the skills, and I get a rating for each skill for each candidate. It is a great way to quickly gauge if a candidate is qualified for the role, and saves a lot of time. There was also a minor bug that we ran into, but Jonathan and his team fixed it in an hour. One of the best elements of Searchless is the level of sophistication of the AI interviewer. We have used this product to interview a range of applicants including Strucutural Engineers, Desktop Support staff, general managers and Architects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
