# Which internal communications software has the highest satisfaction ratings from enterprise customers?

Its enterprise review base is smaller than Slack, Teams, Zoom, or Webex, but a much larger share of those reviewers give it five stars.

For enterprise teams, does that match your experience? What matters most once internal communication reaches thousands of employees: engagement, announcement visibility, integrations, or simply making sure critical messages don’t get buried?

My guess is Workvivo's numbers reflect it solving a genuinely different problem than the others, top-down announcement visibility and recognition, rather than day-to-day operational chat, so the comparison isn't quite apples to apples. At thousands of employees, I'd bet making sure critical messages don't get buried matters most, since that's the failure mode that actually causes real problems, a policy change or safety notice getting lost in a busy channel is a bigger deal than integrations being slightly less smooth.
