**What do you like best about Seam?**

There wasn't much to like. I hear the API is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

The product is not very good. The customer service and commercial teams are awful. We purchased prepaid credit, but it 'expired' without that being in their terms, and they are unwilling to let us use it. We didn't get to use it properly. Integration was difficult. The initial setup was bad.

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seam didn't solve any problems for me as integration was difficult and the initial setup was bad.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

SeamAI has helped us to find contacts at scale, which was taking our BDR team hours.  I love that we can leverage filters on Sales Navigator. We saw a 3x dial to connect uplift with SeamAI data, proving their excellent data quality. We are also using this to orchestrate automatically adding contacts to Outreach sequences, which is helping to make our BDR team more efficient. 

Their customer support is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

It would be great to see a partnership with Nooks.

BDR efficiency - Adding contact data across key accounts, orchestration/automation to sales sequences

**What do you like best about Seam?**

Seam has truly transformed our workflow, bringing efficiency and clarity to tasks that used to be cumbersome. Since implementing Seam, our team has noticed a marked improvement in both collaboration and productivity, as its intuitive interface allows us to manage and monitor projects effortlessly.

What stands out most is the user-friendly design. The setup was straightforward, and our team was able to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. Seam’s features are well-organized, making it easy to find and use the tools we need when we need them.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

Nothing at all zero it's all good!!!!!!!!

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A notable benefit is the seamless integration with other platforms we rely on. Instead of switching between multiple applications, Seam serves as a centralized hub, allowing us to track progress, assign tasks, and share updates in one place. This integration has saved us considerable time and reduced the potential for errors, especially in high-stakes projects.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

We've been able to execute things that would have taken days/weeks/months to implement in a matter of minutes/hours. Everything from data normalization, cross object/data source "data manipulation" and stamping, multi touch attribution modeling, lead source idenitification, de-duplication of leads/contacts/accounts, data analysis/investigation, account/lead scoring, and tons of data tasks at your finger tips. The ability to use natural language has saved me so much time writing quieries -- it's the AI center piece of my GTM tech stack and data. 

On top of that, we have been able to consolidate and deprecate legacy systems in our tech stack. It's unlocked so much fire power for our team. Couldn't live without it.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

The only piece of feedback is buiding out more integrations which I know the Seam team is moving quickly on.

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time, technology savings, and the ability to take non technical people and give them the tools to do bigger and better things.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

The Seam team was incredibly instrumental in getting us up and running in a matter of hours upon implementation, and deploying a multi-touch attribution project composed of six models that would normally have taken me weeks to build, test, and launch. Furthermore, we've since expanded our use cases far beyond the original ask, and their models are now a vital part of our day-to-day workflows. 

The Growth and Ops stakeholders have partnered with Seam to digest and process data on a daily basis from a myriad of data source integrations, helping form the foundations for Account scoring, ad activity tracking, product data usage, and more! We are very happy with the level of white glove service and thought partnership and consider Seam a valuable vendor.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

Some of the models and syncs can be a bit clunky to handle, but the Seam team is always incredibly responsive with jumping in to assist and make updates to their platform.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

What I like best is that its so easy to use. From writing the prompts themselves to setting up data syncs to our other tools, it is very simple and if I am ever confused the Seam team is there to help.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

Like any early stage product there will be some small hiccups here and there. But the Seam team does a great job of keeping us in the loop and getting things fixed as quick as possible.

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any ops team, we always have a ton of projects that we would love to tackle, but between all the small day to day tasks, and the complexity of some of these larger projects we don't always have the bandwitdth. Seam saves us so much time in our day to day by allowing us to automate these mundane tasks while also enabling us to tackle much more complex tasks which in the past would have taken us hours maybe even days.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

Seam is incredibly useful in managing, handling, and combining multiple sets of data  before syncing it with Salesforce. It's been key to making signals based go-to-market possible for us, as otherwise it would have been incredibly cumbersone and time-consumping to manage this volume of data. It's easy to integrate other data sources and use them in combination. 

It's helped us unlock lots of valuable insights within our database and is incredibly flexible in how we can use our data. It's hard to understate the impact that Signal has had on driving a more effective sales and marketing motion for us. 

Their customer support has been incredible, the founders have been pretty hands on with our unique use cases and requirements.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

Wish it was a little more self-service for non-technical folks, but they've been incredibly responsive and hands on, so this is more of a wishlist item.

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating disparate data into intent and attribution models.

**What do you like best about Seam?**

Seam is a game-changer for me as a RevOps Analyst. It's incredibly valuable, saving me heaps of time every day. What I love most is its versatility – from tidying up data to automating tasks, Seam covers it all. 

Seam is surprisingly easy to use, even for someone without a coding background. Integrations are simple to manage as well. Because of that, implementation was super quick and customer support was there every step of the way. 

Within a month, we had Seam at a place where tasks that used to take me hours could be done in seconds. Now I use it every day to collect data insights and add automations. Seam has truly transformed how I work, making everything faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Seam?**

No complaints so far -- any issues I've brought up (and they've all been minor), the Seam team has been able to resolve very quickly.

**What problems is Seam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seam's primary benefit lies in its ability to drastically reduce the time it takes to do my work. With Seam, I've been able to automate a ton of tasks ranging from data validation to pulling reports and updating fields. These automations not only saves me precious hours but also ensures accuracy and consistency across processes.

Another standout features of Seam is its ability to pull insightful data for revenue teams. Some of the reports I used to pull could take hours to cobble together, but with Seam I was able to automate standard queries to pull them and use AI to tweak them here and there to fit evolving requests. With all the time savings, Seam has allowed me to produce a deeper level of analysis, empowering our revenue teams to make more informed decisions with greater efficiency.
