There are no delays in data loading and information updating. **What do you dislike about SD Worx?** I feel that the user interface or user interaction could be improved. If the user does not have the necessary training, they may find it difficult to make changes, especially in the administration portal. Some functions are often difficult to use. **Recommendations to others considering SD Worx:** Before purchasing the product, make sure you are fully informed about all the processes and provide examples of how the company's resources will be used before making the purchase. **What problems is SD Worx solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us resolve issues with employee payroll payments.
