**What do you like best about ScrumJam?**

ScrumJam is incredibly easy to pick up and start using right away—no setup, no prep; you just jump in and run a retro. The interface feels modern, playful, and refreshingly unconventional, which really helps keep the team engaged.

I especially like that everything is saved, so it’s simple to go back and review what the team agreed on in previous retros. That makes it much easier to follow up on improvement actions in the next sprint, instead of losing track of decisions.

It also does a great job of turning discussions into actionable tasks for upcoming sprints, so retros actually lead to real improvements. On top of that, there are built-in planning poker cards for estimation, which means you don’t have to switch tools, plus fun touches like AI-generated monkey avatars from team photos that add a bit of personality to the sessions.

Overall, it’s a lightweight, no-friction tool that helps teams run useful retros and keep moving forward, sprint after sprint.

We had same problems connecting with the same email address.

**What problems is ScrumJam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There’s no need to prepare the session in advance, and users don’t see anyone else’s notes until we’re all finished. It’s also very useful for task assignment.
