Easy to use by my clients. Allows them to post comments to the edits and share them with their group. Best of all, it links their comment to the exact spot in the video for identification. It allows everyone to see the comments and respond. I can see the needed revision, exactly where it is needed and make the change. I can request they leave an "approved" comment so I know the project it ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very little downside. A bit more graphic customization would be nice. There is only a record of their viewing if they leave a comment. It would also be helpful to see who has logged in and viewed the video even if they do not leave a comment. It would also be nice to get a message if the video is downloaded.
