To no fault of their own, but there is an inability for the platform to be integrated into my organizations boutique HRIS which has lead to a fragmented documentation collection process when converting candidates to employees. **What problems is Scout Talent Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are some UI experiences that could be enhanced (e.g. having a range of sorting filters/functions to help navigate large volumes of posts or candidate profiles).
