I’ve been using Scheduled for a while now to manage content for my podcast and my personal social media accounts, and it has genuinely simplified my workflow.
The concept is simple but very powerful: everything happens directly inside Notion. I can write my posts, schedule them, and track their performance without leaving my workspace. It removes a lot of the usual copy-paste work between different tools.
What I particularly like:
Automatic publishing to multiple social platforms
The Scheduled button directly inside Notion to trigger or plan posts
Post statistics automatically synced back into Notion
When you produce a lot of content, this kind of setup saves a significant amount of time. For me, it allows me to centralize content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking in one place.
It’s also very convenient when collaborating with others: content can be prepared directly in Notion, and publishing becomes seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using Scheduled for more than three years, I honestly haven’t encountered any major downsides. The platform has been consistently reliable and does exactly what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
