The implementation was straightforward, and the software provides an all-in-one solution. The level of support we received during and after the transition was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about ScaleOcean?**

While ScaleOcean offers many features, it sometimes requires additional configuration to meet the unique needs of our industry.

**What problems is ScaleOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the problem of disconnected systems by offering a fully integrated ERP solution, from accounting to HR to inventory management. We were using separate tools for each function, which caused inefficiencies and errors. Now, everything is unified in one system, making our operations more reliable and faster.

The ROI we’ve experienced in the first month alone is outstanding, around 75%. The system’s ease of integration with our existing software and the customer support team have made this transition painless.

The system may be more complex than what small businesses require for simple operations.

**What problems is ScaleOcean solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScaleOcean has streamlined our financial and inventory management processes, significantly improving our operational efficiency. It has replaced multiple systems, saving us money while improving our data accuracy and reporting speed.
