Visitors can check in via a self check-in kiosk, using a manual, attended check-in station, or even by using their own mobile device. Customize to suit your needs, e.g. by incorporating videos, documents, visitor photos, ID/passport scanning, signature capture, temperature scanning, and more. Options for automatic arrival notifications, pre-registration, pre-check-in, mobile check-in, access control integration also available. **What do you like best about Savance Visitor Management?**

We use the product EIO Board for our visitor management for over six years now. In that time the product has worked perfectly and grown with many features and enhancements. The support is great and I'm pleasantly surprised when I call in and ask if the product can handle a new need for us, and they tell me, yes that feature is built-in.

**What do you dislike about Savance Visitor Management?**

I don't have any dislikes with any of the Savance products.

**Recommendations to others considering Savance Visitor Management:**

Look at all the products and features that Savance has to offer, as they will have something that meets your needs.

**What problems is Savance Visitor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to know who is in our building and take a roll call to account for all employees and visitors. When Covid-19 hit in 2020, we were able to program our employee and visitor management with ease!
