From very straightforward to very complex accounting set-ups, Concur has so many customizable features that you can really create a solid T&E program. If you want something basic; this isn't for you. If you really want to be able to build a scaleable T&E solution this is the right product. For example, you can incorporate the main features of your T&E Policy into Concur via audit rules in both expense and travel. You can add on a next level of features by including Descriptions and Quick Tips within your Expense Types. This adds another layer of awareness and compliance for your staff. Hence the users really get a feel that this is a custom product for them. On the back end of Concur, there are so many features that will make the finance and accounting teams pleased. There are fantastic reporting and compliance capabilities that will please auditors. Again, the brilliant thing about Concur is that you can set up the program leading with your company's preferences. Once someone is accustomed to Concur and learns the ins and outs of the program it's fairly easy to use. If you need assistance, they offer a number of support solutions, as well. The Customer Support staff have been very helpful with everything that we've thrown at them from really mundane questions to complex issues involving international staff. It's still one of the best T&E solutions around and that's because it has kept in line with all of the advances in technology and travel. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** While Concur is easy to use once you work with the product and learn the backend, it can also be overwhelming with the number of options and solutions. If you have admin access, you know what I mean. You have so many customizable options that if you don't know what you want I think you can get lost.
