The system setup was easy and intuitive; I was given an account, and the dashboard was already set up, making it seamless to integrate into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think the receipt generation aspect can be improved. More customization would make it easier for us to generate receipts tailored to specific customers or products.

I use SAP Concur for proper management of the stock list, tracking sensors produced, sold, in stock, or damaged. It also helps automate invoice generation and expense reporting for sensor production.

 ### 11. Comprehensive Features, Needs Improved Searchability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur offers a lot of different programs that you can use and expand to get everything we need from them. They have features like shipping, receiving, inventory control, and a lot of payroll services and financial services. It's great to have all of these features in one program instead of using four different ones. This really helps in keeping everything in one system.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

If you don't know the specific code needed for an action, it's hard to find it. You should be able to search for items by what they're actually called instead of just the code. The rollout for the entirety of the company took quite a long time. I feel like if there was better training from the get-go, it would have been a lot easier.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for planning shipments. It combines multiple programs into one, handling shipping, receiving, inventory control, and payroll, saving us from using four different tools.

Here are a few things that standout the features of SAP Concur that I noticed. The automation and accuracy are impressive receipt scanning, automatic categorization, and built-in policy checks significantly reduce the need for manual entry and help minimize errors and wrong coding. Policy compliance and approval hierarchy are in place, so employees are guided to stay within company guidelines before submitting and approving the invoice. Its global readiness is another advantage, as it supports multiple currencies, various tax rules, and local compliance requirements, making it especially valuable for multinational organizations. Very easy to use and beginner friendly as well.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

On desktop, the interface is often unintuitive, requiring too many steps for straightforward actions like submitting expenses or correcting minor mistakes. While the mobile app makes it easy to capture receipts, it lacks some features found on the desktop version, and certain functions behave differently, which can be frustrating. Sometimes some other users encounter error in uploading their receipts. Configuring policies, approval flows, and integrations is also complex, typically needing the expertise of trained administrators or consultants. Performance can be slow at times, with users experiencing lag when uploading receipts, generating reports, or during periods of heavy use. Additionally, the workflows are quite rigid, making it challenging to customize processes for organizations with specific approval or reimbursement needs.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur turns a traditionally slow, error-prone, and fragmented process into a more automated, compliant, and transparent one.

 ### 14. Streamlined Expense Management with Some Hiccups

SAP Concur has recently introduced several useful updates, mainly focused on automation and user experience. The biggest highlight is AI-powered features (like SAP’s Joule copilot), which help in auto-creating expense reports, detecting errors, and improving compliance. Overall, these enhancements reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and make expense and travel management faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur can improve in a few key areas such as simplifying its user interface, reducing the number of steps in expense workflows, and improving system speed and reliability. Additionally, better integrations with modern tools and more transparent pricing would enhance the overall user experience.

 ### 15. SAP Concur: A Scalable, Customizable T&E Solution with Strong Support and Compliance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celina S. | Manager, T&E, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur is a terrific solution for growing SMBs that are trying to manage a large quantity of expenses and travel. From very straightforward to very complex accounting set-ups, Concur has so many customizable features that you can really create a solid T&E program. If you want something basic; this isn't for you. If you really want to be able to build a scaleable T&E solution this is the right product. For example, you can incorporate the main features of your T&E Policy into Concur via audit rules in both expense and travel. You can add on a next level of features by including Descriptions and Quick Tips within your Expense Types. This adds another layer of awareness and compliance for your staff. Hence the users really get a feel that this is a custom product for them. On the back end of Concur, there are so many features that will make the finance and accounting teams pleased. There are fantastic reporting and compliance capabilities that will please auditors. Again, the brilliant thing about Concur is that you can set up the program leading with your company's preferences. Once someone is accustomed to Concur and learns the ins and outs of the program it's fairly easy to use. If you need assistance, they offer a number of support solutions, as well. The Customer Support staff have been very helpful with everything that we've thrown at them from really mundane questions to complex issues involving international staff. It's still one of the best T&E solutions around and that's because it has kept in line with all of the advances in technology and travel.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While Concur is easy to use once you work with the product and learn the backend, it can also be overwhelming with the number of options and solutions. If you have admin access, you know what I mean. You have so many customizable options that if you don't know what you want I think you can get lost. It is an enterprise product so you need to be prepared to either learn the software or hire someone that knows it (or wants to).

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us process and organize our T&E spend. This is a huge endeavor, as we have a significant number of sales staff plus traveling staff. We are able to better help manage costs, manage the safety of our staff and manage a compliant travel program.

 ### 16. Simple, Standardized Workflow—But Could Use More Receipt Automation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack B. | Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

its simple and standarzied. It makes it clear what I need to do. I can also easily see all my expenses listed out for me neatly and track the staus of my reports over time. I can also easily find old requests.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I wish it could be more automated -- i.e. upload receipt and it reads the information therein. I am doing a lot of manual work that in theory should be easy to automate.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's enabling me to submit expenses and be reimbursed in a single quick process. It routes my expenses to the proper authorities and notifies me as my request goes through different stages in the process. This way I know if my request hit a roadblock.

 ### 17. Great Sync Features, But Expensive and Complex

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It is often expensive, making it less suitable for small businesses, and its user interface is outdated, requiring multiple steps for simple tasks. Customization options are somewhat limited. Additionally, implementation can be time-consuming and requires significant IT support.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to upload travel bills like hotel and taxi expenses, and it reduces the time in the reimbursement process. The sync with company credit cards means I don't have to wait for reimbursements.

Having SAP Concur on my phone allows for convenient on-the-go usage, which is a big plus for me.

The amount of fields that need to be filled out. AI could help read receipts and bucket it into a certain category instead of having to manually fill out all fields.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur simplifies expense management by allowing me to get reimbursed for personal expenses, easily upload receipts, and track expense history. The UI is simple with process knowledge, and having it on my phone makes on-the-go usage convenient.

You can scan a receipt and the program captures all the information on it, which is really convenient—especially when you’re dealing with a lot of receipts.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur is good at streamlining the expense reimbursement process. It benefits us by keeping all receipts organized and tracking the entire reimbursement workflow, from form submission through to the final reimbursement payment.

Overall, it enhances compliance, visibility, and control over organizational spending.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While SAP Concur is powerful, the initial learning curve can be steep, especially for new users. Some workflows feel slightly complex and could be more streamlined. The interface, although functional, can sometimes appear outdated compared to modern SaaS platforms. Additionally, occasional delays in syncing or report processing can impact user experience. Customization options exist but may require technical expertise or support, which can be a limitation for smaller teams.

**Reviewed by:** Jatin B. | Fashion Consultant, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur has a very simple interface to use. We use it in our finance sector, as well as for development, retail, and banking—basically for all kinds of work. It’s easy to use in every way, and I suggest my colleagues use it too. I would also recommend it to other organizations for all kinds of work. The service is very good for customers, and on the backend side as well; it works really well in both ways. My organization has been using it for a very long time, and we use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There are so many versions of SAP that, in our case, we end up having to use different software across the organization. I feel this is an important issue, and it’s something they should work on.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business is mainly in retail, so SAP helps us handle our day-to-day work, including inventory management, inward and outward entries, stock movement, and PIS. When it comes to cash-related work as well, it supports the organization and makes the process easier. There are also many things it can do that I still don’t fully know about yet.

It makes submitting expenses much easier by enabling quick receipt capture and automatic report generation. This saves a lot of time and helps reduce manual errors. I also appreciate the visibility it provides into spending and approvals, which helps both employees and managers stay aligned with company policies.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Some tasks—like editing expense reports or moving between sections—can take more steps than I’d expect, which slows the overall workflow. The mobile app is useful, but at times it feels less responsive than ideal. Also, error messages and policy flags aren’t always clear or specific, so it can take extra time to understand what needs to be corrected and move forward.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before tools like Concur, employees often had to manage receipts manually, rely on spreadsheets, and then wait a long time for approvals and reimbursements. Overall, the process was slow and inconsistent, and it offered very little visibility into where things stood.

 ### 23. Streamlined Expense Management with Mobile Convenience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur cuts down on the admin grind so I can focus more on actual work rather than searching for receipts. The mobile app is super handy for submitting expenses on the go. I can snap a picture of a receipt right after dinner or a cab ride, and it auto-fills many details, keeping everything organized in one spot. I also appreciate being able to create and submit reports directly from my phone without having to wait to get back to my laptop, and the real-time approvals and notifications make the whole process faster. Additionally, the connection with our ERP system like SAP S/4HANA ensures that expense data flows directly into accounting without needing duplicate entries. Switching from a manual process with spreadsheets and email approvals, SAP Concur has helped to streamline submissions, improve tracking, and reduce manual effort.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The mobile app, although convenient, can sometimes feel a bit slow or glitchy, especially when uploading receipts or switching between reports. There have been instances where I had to retry actions, which can be frustrating when you're in a hurry. Adding a more reliable offline mode would be very useful for users who travel frequently and may not always have stable internet access. Being able to capture and save expenses offline and sync later would make the app more dependable.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur cuts down on the admin grind, making it easy to track and reimburse employee spending. The mobile app lets me submit expenses on the go, organize everything in one spot, and connect with SAP S/4HANA for seamless accounting without duplicate entries.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really appreciate how SAP Concur organizes my expenses and provides a safe place for my receipts, making my life a lot easier. I like being able to book entire business trips in one spot, whether I need airfare, rental cars, or hotels. It automatically selects airport rental car centers and aligns dates and times for hotel and airfare bookings, which is super convenient. I enjoy integrating tools like DoorDash for automatic receipt uploading, which saves me from manually saving and uploading receipts. I also find that SAP Concur is very user-friendly; although I initially felt overwhelmed, I learned quickly after exploring it for a bit.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

They just recently did an update that has a glitch to where sometimes the wrong expense merges with another one. But, luckily, this rarely happens.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur organizes my expenses and stores receipts safely. I appreciate booking business trips in one spot, coordinating airfare, hotel, and rental cars seamlessly. Integrating with DoorDash and TripIt automates receipt uploads, saving me effort.

 ### 25. Powerful for Expense Management, Needs UI Simplification

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Althaf C. | Financial Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

During my time at Wipro Limited, I found SAP Concur to be a powerful and seamless platform for managing the entire approval workflow for expense reimbursement, right from request creation to cash disbursement. The platform's integration with the internal ERP system handled the entire cycle, including document control, request, and approval workflow. Although I used it around 8 months ago and didn't explore it too thoroughly, I liked its user interface compared to other SAP platforms like Ariba. Specifically, I appreciated the graphical user interface, including elements like tabs, dashboard, and process flow clarity.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I sometimes felt like it should be simplified. Need to upload the same approval or document multiple times at multiple places due to its design. Suggestions: A live or current status of a request to the user, which shows where the request stands within the workflow and the pending steps to complete. Make it very simple and user-friendly. Attachments: Expect the user to upload offline approvals and supporting documents once instead of uploading supporting files multiple times. Nomenclature: Use simple nomenclature for placeholders to make it easier to use.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur manages the entire reimbursement process cycle with document control, request, and approval workflow integration with our ERP system.

 ### 26. SAP Concur Streamlines Travel & Expenses with Fast Receipts, Approvals, and Compliance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni S. | SPS - Selling Partner Support (fully remote), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is that it centralizes travel and expense management in a single platform, which makes the overall process more efficient and transparent. Being able to upload receipts easily, automate expense reports, and track approvals in real time is especially helpful. It also cuts down on manual work and reduces errors by integrating with company policies and finance systems. Overall, it streamlines reimbursements, strengthens compliance, and saves a significant amount of time for both employees and finance teams.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One of the main drawbacks of SAP Concur is that the user interface can feel outdated and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Some tasks, such as editing reports or correcting errors, can take longer than expected and require more steps than they should. The mobile app is helpful, but it doesn’t always provide the same functionality as the desktop version, and it can occasionally feel slow or glitchy. Additionally, certain approval workflows and configuration options can seem rigid, which limits flexibility when dealing with more complex or non-standard cases.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur addresses the challenge of managing travel expenses, reimbursements, and approvals in a structured, centralized way. It removes the need for manual tracking, paper receipts, and scattered back-and-forth by bringing everything into a single system. This helps improve accuracy, supports compliance with company policies, and streamlines both approval and reimbursement workflows. As a result, it saves employees time, reduces the administrative burden on finance teams, and offers better visibility and control over overall company spending.

 ### 27. Improving, but SAP Concur’s UI and workflows are still frustrating

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Airam L. | Content Specialist, Brand & Content, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I think it has improved lately but I do not like SAP Concur. Terrible UI, terrible workflows, not intuitive at all, and we use it because we have to, not because in any way simplifies our task.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Not intuitive at all. Seems it was made by a persona who does not need an easy way to submit expenses several times a year. And when there's an issue with a expense report it difficult to make changes and fix.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concur, at least how we use it at work, is the only tools available to track, submit, and get reimbursement on expenses related to work.
Is the only way to officialy track those expenses and get reimbursement.

 ### 28. Expense Management Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward T. | Manager, Asset Protection & Safety, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I like that SAP Concur makes submitting expenses simple and fast. The mobile app is a highlight for me because it makes the process even faster and simpler, and I value how convenient it is to upload attachments directly to the app. Speed and accessibility are crucial features that I appreciate, and setting it up was a perfect 10/10 for my team.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Nothing at this time. The solution works as it should making expense submissions easy and fast. The mobile app is also very helpful when directly uploading recipets.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for submitting expenses, and it makes the process simple and fast. The mobile app adds speed and accessibility, and uploading attachments directly is convenient.

 ### 29. Automation Excellence, Room for User Interface Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AMIT R. | C level executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I appreciate that SAP Concur helps automate and simplify processes that are usually time-consuming when done manually. It's great for making travel expense reporting and invoice management faster, more accurate, and transparent. I like how it automatically imports data from receipts, travel suppliers, and corporate cards, so employees don't need to create reports manually, which saves time and reduces errors. It's impactful that it offers real-time visibility into company spending, and its integration with ERP and HR platforms synchronizes employee data and improves accuracy in financial tracking. The automation feature for expense reporting and approvals is especially beneficial, as it reduces manual entry of receipts and allows employees to quickly upload receipts and submit claims through the mobile app. I also find the automatic data capture efficient, as it minimizes mistakes from manual entry. The initial setup was relatively smooth, with the interface supporting quick onboarding for expense submission and receipt capture, and despite requiring some coordination for configuring policy works and integrations, it became easier to align with organizational requirements, which was overall manageable. SAP Concur effectively supports centralized expense management and policy compliance, making it a valuable tool for my organization.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur's user interface can feel complex and isn't very intuitive for new users, making it time-consuming to learn how to submit reports or navigate features smoothly. The mobile app, while helpful for receipt capture and approvals, lacks some advanced features that are easier to use on the desktop. Users experience delays while uploading receipts, generating reports, or moving between screens. Additionally, the mobile app could benefit from stronger receipt scanning accuracy, more desktop-level features, and improved notifications. Enhancements in dashboard reporting and easier workflow customization would also improve the overall experience.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur simplifies business travel, expense, and invoice management. It automates and speeds up processes, reduces errors, and enhances transparency. Automation improves expense reporting and approval, saving time and boosting satisfaction with real-time visibility into spending.

 ### 30. Streamlined Travel and Expense Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lakshay N. | AI Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for managing business travel and expenses. It helps me track reimbursement, submit expense reports, and book travel in a more streamlined way while ensuring company policy compliance. The best thing I like is how it brings everything like travel booking, expense reporting, and reimbursement into one centralized platform. The automation of expense reports and built-in policy checks save a lot of time while reducing errors. The automation has significantly reduced the time I spend on data entry as expenses are auto-categorized and details are already pre-filled which reduces errors. The built-in policy checks are valuable; they flag any out-of-policy expenses in real time. The initial setup was very easy, and it was helpful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While it is powerful, the user interface can feel unintuitive at times. Navigation between different sections isn’t always seamless which can slow down tasks. The user interface could benefit from simplification and better navigation design. A more intuitive layout with clearer labels and fewer clicks would improve usability significantly.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage business travel and expenses, eliminating manual tracking, reducing errors, and enforcing company policies. It centralizes travel bookings and expense management, automating reports with pre-filled expense details and real-time policy checks.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhijeet Agrawal A. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur mainly for managing my travel and expense reports at work. It helps me submit bills, track reimbursements, and handle approvals in one place. What I like most about SAP Concur is how it simplifies the whole expense process in one place. Uploading receipts and tracking reimbursements is quick and easy. I also like the transparency—it’s clear where my claims are in the approval process, which saves a lot of time and confusion. SAP Concur integrates with our company’s accounting system for reimbursements and sometimes with HR or ERP tools for employee data. Moving to Concur made the process more structured, automated, and easier to manage once it was set up properly.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing that could be improved in SAP Concur is the user interface—it can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive at times. Sometimes the mobile app is slow or glitches while uploading receipts. Also, the approval workflow can be a bit confusing, especially when there are multiple steps involved. The approval workflow can get confusing when there are multiple approvers involved because it’s not always clear who the request is currently pending with. Sometimes there’s limited visibility into why a report was sent back or what exactly needs to be fixed. The initial setup of SAP Concur wasn’t exactly simple—it took some time and coordination, especially with integrations and policy configuration. For our team, it required IT involvement and a bit of training before everyone got comfortable.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage travel and expense reports, which simplifies handling approvals and booking trips. It solves the hassle of manually tracking expenses, speeds up reimbursement, avoids report errors, and organizes everything without paperwork.

 ### 32. SAP CONCUR: Simple and Reliable Tool for Travel and Expense Management

The approval process is also clear, so we can track the status without following up again and again. Overall, it makes the process more simple and organised.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The system feels slow at times, especially while uploading receipts or moving between pages. The mobile app is not very user-friendly and some options are not easy to find. In the beginning, setting up expense types and understanding the flow took some time.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has removed manual work of tracking expenses and handling paper bills. Earlier it was difficult to manage multiple claims and keep records, but now everything is in one place. Submission and approvals are faster, and it is easy to track the status without repeated follow-ups.

 ### 33. Effortless Expense and Travel Management—Fast, Organized, and Mobile-Friendly!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney C. | Workforce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most is how easy it makes managing expenses and travel all in one place. It really simplifies the process of submitting and tracking expenses, which saves a lot of time. I also like that I can use it on my phone, so I don’t have to wait until I’m back at my desk to upload receipts or check approvals. Overall, it just makes everything feel more organized and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I don’t love that it can feel like it’s moving a little slowly at times, especially when I’m navigating between different sections. Some features also take a bit of getting used to, so there’s a small learning curve at the beginning. I’d also like the interface to feel a bit more modern and intuitive. That said, once I got familiar with it, it does get the job done.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps solve the hassle of manually tracking expenses and keeping everything organized. Instead of dealing with spreadsheets or saving receipts all over the place, everything is in one system, which makes a big difference. It also speeds up the reimbursement process and gives better visibility into where money is going. For me, it’s been helpful in staying organized, saving time, and avoiding the back-and-forth that usually comes with expense reporting. Overall, it’s made the entire process more efficient and a lot less stressful to manage day-to-day.

 ### 34. Solid tool once you get past the learning curve — worth it for the structure it brings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devis S. | gestore dei rischi, consulente assicurativo-finanziario, welfare advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Honestly, what I like most is the receipt capture on mobile. You snap a photo, it reads the data, and most of the time it fills in the right fields automatically. It's one of those things that sounds minor until you've spent years stapling paper receipts to printouts. The integration with our corporate card is also a big deal — transactions show up on their own and you just have to match and approve them. For managers, the approval flow is clean and you can actually see what's pending without chasing people on Teams or email. Reporting is decent too, gives finance a clear picture of what's being spent and where.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface feels like it hasn't had a real design update in years. Some things take way too many clicks — like when you need to correct a single expense that was already submitted. The learning curve is also real; we had a couple of colleagues who really struggled at the beginning and needed extra hand-holding. Receipt uploads can be glitchy sometimes, especially when you're on a slow connection or trying to upload multiple files at once. Customer support is okay but not great — response times can be slow when you have a specific technical issue that's not covered in the FAQ.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Concur, expense reports were a mess — people used different spreadsheet templates, submitted receipts late or not at all, and finance had no real-time visibility into what was being spent. Now everything goes through one system, approvals are tracked, and month-end closing is noticeably less painful. For us specifically, it's helped reduce the time spent on manual reconciliation and made it much easier to enforce our internal travel and expense policies. It's not a magic fix, but it brings real structure to a process that was honestly all over the place before.

 ### 35. SAP Concur: Intuitive, All-in-One Expense and Travel Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bance B. | Operation & Project Coordinator, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is how easy it is to use and how everything—expenses, travel, and reporting—is in one place. It’s simple to submit expenses, upload receipts, and track approvals, and the automation saves time and reduces errors. It also integrates well with other systems, which helps keep workflows smooth.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

On the downside, the setup process can be complex, and the platform can feel overwhelming at first because of all its features. Some tasks aren’t very intuitive, like fixing submitted reports, and support can take time with technical issues. The mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, and sometimes there are small syncing delays.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the problem of manual and time-consuming expense and travel management by automating and centralizing the process. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, and making it easy to submit expenses, track reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

 ### 36. Streamlined Expense & Travel Management, Though Routine Tasks Can Feel Complex

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony M. | Customer Support, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like best about SAP Concur is how it simplifies expense and travel management in one platform. It makes it easy to submit expense reports, upload receipts, and track approvals without needing manual paperwork. The interface is organized, and the automated features help reduce errors and save time for both employees and finance teams. I also like that it integrates well with other business systems, which helps keep everything centralized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

A downside of SAP Concur is that the system occasionally feels complicated for routine tasks. Users may need to go through several screens to complete something simple, like submitting an expense report. Additionally, the learning curve can be a little steep for first-time users, so better guidance or a simplified layout could help.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the challenge of managing business travel and expense reporting manually. In many companies, employees have to keep paper receipts, fill out forms, and send them to finance teams, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. SAP Concur automates this entire process by allowing users to capture receipts, create expense reports, and submit them digitally in one platform. This benefits me by saving time, reducing manual work, and making it easier to track and submit expenses quickly. It also improves transparency because all expenses, approvals, and reports are organized in one place, making the reimbursement process faster and more accurate.

 ### 37. Fast, Efficient Reporting with SAP Concur

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yazan O. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I find SAP Concur incredibly fast, which is great for generating daily, weekly, and monthly aging reports. The period between invoices has a better look, and I enjoy how it provides a better way to handle our reports. The initial setup was great and fast, and it's much more efficient than the local program we used before. This program didn't allow us to be faster as reporters, but SAP Concur does.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The QR code for invoices should be faster, and it should be added when the invoice is made.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for making aging reports more efficiently. It gives the period between invoices a better look and speeds up report generation.

 ### 38. Automation Helps, But SAP Concur Needs Improvement Overall

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur streamlines travel and expense management with automation, making it easy to track, submit, and approve expenses efficiently. SAP Concur streamlines travel and expense management with automation, making it easy to track, submit, and approve expenses efficiently.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One aspect I dislike about SAP Concur is that the user interface can sometimes feel outdated and unintuitive, especially for new users. Navigating through different menus and locating specific features may require a learning curve, which can slow down the expense reporting process. While the platform offers many powerful capabilities, some workflows involve multiple steps that could be simplified to improve efficiency. Occasionally, receipt uploads and expense categorization may require manual adjustments, which reduces the benefits of automation. The mobile app is useful, but there can be inconsistencies between the mobile and desktop experiences, making certain tasks easier to complete on one platform than the other. Additionally, system performance can sometimes be slower when processing reports or loading large amounts of data. Although SAP Concur is a comprehensive solution for travel and expense management, improvements to usability, speed, and overall user experience would make it more effective and enjoyable to use on a daily basis.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the challenge of managing business travel, expenses, and reimbursements in a streamlined and organized way. It eliminates the need for manual expense tracking, paper receipts, and lengthy approval processes by automating many of these tasks. This helps reduce errors, improves compliance with company policies, and provides greater visibility into spending. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved when creating and submitting expense reports. The ability to upload receipts digitally and track reimbursement status in one place makes the process more convenient and transparent. It also simplifies travel management by integrating bookings and expenses, reducing administrative work and allowing me to focus more on my core responsibilities rather than managing paperwork.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shirisha D. | Infra transformation sr analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur centralizes all travel and expense management in one place, making it easy to track and submit claims. The receipt upload feature and real-time approval tracking are especially useful. It helps ensure policy compliance and reduces manual effort. The receipt upload feature makes it easy to instantly capture and attach bills, reducing the chances of losing receipts and saving time during submission. Real-time approval tracking gives clear visibility into where my claim is in the process, so I don’t have to follow up manually. Together, these features make the reimbursement process faster, more organized, and less stressful. SAP Concur is integrated with our company’s internal finance and payroll systems, which helps streamline reimbursement processing. It also connects with corporate travel booking tools, allowing travel and expenses to be managed in one place. This integration makes the overall workflow more seamless and efficient. The initial setup was moderately easy for our team, especially with available onboarding resources and support. Once configured, it became much easier to use and manage on a day-to-day basis.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The user interface could be more modern and intuitive, as it can feel outdated and slightly confusing for new users. Performance can also be improved, as the system sometimes feels slow or laggy. Additionally, reducing minor glitches during expense submission and improving navigation would enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage business travel and expenses, upload receipts, track expenses, and monitor approval. It eliminates manual tracking, reduces errors, streamlines approval, ensures policy compliance, and improves efficiency.

 ### 41. Convenient Mobile App and Quick Approvals, Needs Stability Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Manager - Supply Chain Processes & Standards, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like how convenient the SAP Concur mobile app is. I can log my expenses right then and there, which I try to do in real time so I don't have to file through all my expenses afterwards. The app specifically makes work, travel, and logging expenses extremely convenient. It's valuable to me because it saves me time, energy, and effort on the back end of logging all of my expenses. The convenience of being able to do it in real time is great. Also, the initial setup was very easy. I remember just downloading the app and signing in using my United credentials, and I was able to use it right away.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes the app logs me out frequently, and I don't know why that happens. Also, when logging hotel expenses, it's a little difficult to add specific line items, especially with all the taxes. It could be more convenient.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to track and manage travel expenses. The mobile app provides a quick resource for real-time expense logging and quick approvals, saving me time and effort.

 ### 42. Seamless Integration, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alycia K. | Finance Operations / SAP Concur Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur integrates our programming and allows for additional solutions to meet our policy, audit, and compliance needs while providing ways to enhance end user experience. Integration with our ERPs, intelligence audit, and solutions like Motus and Blue Dot has made process improvements like easier expense postings and increased visibility into user behavior. ExpensIt is a fantastic time saver and improves accuracy. The Advanced Care training has been huge for navigating expansion efforts, especially during major acquisitions. I can't imagine not having access to adjust workflows or configurations as needed. I also love this partnership, as it continues to offer wonderful connections and support.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I would love to see a more tailored admin support hub. I know there have been improvements over the years, but I find the new support tool somewhat hard to navigate. I want to be able to download PDFs and supporting documents for new members of my team and for my end users so I can publish them on our internal resource site. Also, I think I would like to see more webinar-based education opportunities; I feel like I have a great base of knowledge but would love to have the ability to specifically narrow down to an area, like audit rule optimization, for example. Recently, my team had issues finding specific topics in the configuration pathway and were unable to find previously available reporting downloadable documents (data model - standard report guide). An example that comes to mind is recently my team was researching rich data and its impact on intelligence audit, and we experienced missing receipt declarations that weren’t able to be attached for certificate expense types because it was the credit card rich data that was an issue.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for global travel and expense reporting, integrating with our ERPs and partner solutions. It cuts accounting workload, improves audit visibility, and saves time for users. I appreciate the integration enabling policy compliance and user experience support.

I like how SAP Concur keeps payroll-related data structured and easy to track. It reduces manual effort and makes processing more accurate, with less back-and-forth. It helps streamline a lot of payroll-related processes, especially when it comes to handling employee expenses and reimbursements. Everything is captured in one place, which makes it easier to validate, process, and include in payroll accurately. It also reduces errors and ensures better compliance since all the data is properly documented and tracked.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One area that could be improved is the user interface—it’s not always very intuitive and can take time to navigate, especially when handling multiple records. Also, some processes feel a bit slow or require extra steps, which can be frustrating when working with tight payroll timelines. The heavy reliance on transaction codes to access different functions can get quite hectic, having to remember or look up multiple codes just to navigate to specific screens. The initial setup wasn’t very straightforward and there's a learning curve, especially with understanding different transaction codes and how various processes are linked. It can feel overwhelming without proper training or guidance.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur streamlines payroll processes, handles employee expenses and reimbursements, reduces errors, ensures better compliance, and makes data easy to validate and track.

 ### 44. Easy Way to Manage Business Travel and Expense Reports

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivraj S. | Senior System Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I have mainly used SAP Concur for submitting travel and expense reports. One feature I find very useful is the receipt capture option because it allows users to upload receipts and automatically extract expense details, which saves time. The approval workflow is also helpful since managers can review and approve expenses quickly without long email chains. Overall, it helps keep expense tracking organized and improves visibility into company spending.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One downside is that the user interface can feel slightly complex for new users, especially when submitting expenses for the first time. Some features take time to understand during the initial setup. The mobile app works well for basic tasks, but there is still room for improvement in terms of speed and navigation. Once users get familiar with the platform, however, it becomes much easier to use.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps streamline the process of submitting and approving travel and expense reports. Instead of tracking expenses manually or using spreadsheets, everything can be managed within one system. This reduces errors and saves time for both employees and finance teams. It also provides better visibility into company spending and makes it easier to enforce expense policies and track reimbursements.

 ### 45. SAP Concur Simplifies Expense & Travel Management with a Handy Mobile App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshat S. | Sales and Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is how it simplifies expense and travel management in one place. It makes it easy to upload receipts, track expenses, and submit reports without a lot of manual work. The mobile app is especially helpful since I can capture receipts on the go and not worry about losing them.
I also like how the approval workflow is structured, it keeps everything organized and transparent, so you always know the status of your claims. Overall, it saves a lot of time compared to traditional expense tracking methods.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing I find a bit frustrating is that the interface can feel slightly outdated and not very intuitive, especially for new users. It takes some time to get used to where everything is, particularly when creating or editing expense reports.
Sometimes, the system can also be a bit slow, especially when uploading receipts or navigating between different sections. Additionally, certain steps in the expense submission process feel longer than necessary, which can make the overall experience slightly time-consuming.
Overall, it works well, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and speed.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps solve the problem of managing expenses and travel in a more organized and efficient way. Instead of tracking everything manually or keeping physical receipts, I can upload and manage all expenses in one place, which reduces the chances of errors or lost information.

 ### 46. Useful Expense Tracking but Needs an Updated Interface

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Contracts Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the ability to upload everything from a mobile phone with SAP Concur. Whether employees are using iPhones or other non-Apple devices, they can upload their expenses through the app no matter where they are and what devices they have on hand. This feature is very useful because when we're traveling, it's helpful to easily snap a photo and upload expenses while on the move to ensure they don't get lost.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface of SAP Concur isn't the most sleek or slick; it's a little dated and sometimes it can be clunky or time out. Although the mobile features are appreciated, they come with glitches, requiring us to upload several times to get it to take on occasion. Also, we've had experiences of expenses getting mis allocated or misclassified through the app.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur lets our team track expenses, receive reimbursements, and helps me manage budgets and policy alignment. The mobile app is crucial as it allows expense uploads on the go, preventing data loss and ensuring compliance.

 ### 47. Strong Mobile Features, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I find the mobile app of SAP Concur a strong feature because it allows users to capture receipts on the go and stay updated with their expense submissions. It also helps ensure compliance and reduces errors during the reimbursement process. I appreciate the visibility it provides—being able to track the status of reports and reimbursement in real time gives peace of mind and helps with better financial planning. Furthermore, I use SAP Concur with QuickBooks or SAP ERP, which helps synchronize expense data directly into financial records. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, needing only to set up my profile and start using the basic features like submitting expenses and uploading receipts.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The user interface can feel a bit unintuitive, especially for new users and certain processes such as categorizing expenses or correcting submitted reports.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to capture receipts on the go with the mobile app, ensuring compliance and reducing errors. It provides real-time tracking of reports and reimbursements for better financial planning.

 ### 48. Practical tool for managing expenses, but not always smooth

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satyam R. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

We use SAP Concur mainly for travel bookings, and the biggest benefit for me is that everything stays in one place. Uploading bills, tracking approval status, and keeping expense records is much easier compared to email or manual Excel follow-up. I also like that the policy checks help reduce back-and-forth from the finance team. Once you get used to the flow, it saves time and gives better visibility on pending and approved claims.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The platform is useful, but the experience is not always very smooth. Some parts of the interface feel outdated, and first-time users may need guidance to understand where to submit, edit, or resubmit claims. At times the approval workflow can feel lengthy, especially when there are multiple levels involved. Receipt matching and category selection also need more flexibility in some cases. So overall it is capable, but not the most user-friendly tool from day one.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps us standardize the expense process and reduce manual work between employees, managers, and finance. Earlier, reimbursement tracking was more scattered and it was difficult to know what was submitted, pending, or rejected. With Concur, there is better control, documentation, and audit readiness. It also helps enforce company policy and reduces mistakes in claims. For our team, this has improved transparency and made reimbursement handling more organized and predictable.

 ### 49. SAP Concur Keeps Expenses Organized and Reimbursements Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian K. | Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is that it puts everything in one place. It makes handling expenses a lot less messy. I can upload receipts, submit claims, and track approvals without chasing emails or keeping my own records. It also saves time because much of the process is automated, so you don’t have to enter everything manually. Overall, it just makes the whole reimbursement process feel more organised and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

What I dislike about SAP Concur is that it can feel a bit clunky to use at times. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, especially when you’re new to it, and simple tasks can take more clicks than they should. It can also be a bit slow or unresponsive occasionally, which gets frustrating when you’re just trying to submit something quickly. Overall, it does the job, but the user experience could definitely be smoother.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the problem of managing expenses and reimbursements in a more organised and consistent way. Instead of dealing with paper receipts, emails, or spreadsheets, everything is handled in one system. For me, that means it’s much easier to keep track of what I’ve spent, submit claims quickly, and see where they are in the approval process. It also reduces back-and-forth with finance, since all the information is already in one place, which saves time and makes the whole process less stressful.

 ### 50. Comprehensive Visibility with Some Workflow Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil K. | Solution Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur gives more visibility into expenses for a business unit or project ID, making it easier to manage a big team. As an employee handling multiple travels, it's helpful to have visibility on the time spent and pending tasks. The dashboard and insight features are really good, providing an end-to-end life cycle visibility on one portal. Overall, it's a really fantastic tool.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I'm not too happy about the file history not being captured. It creates gaps that mean I have to talk to employees as an approver. Also, as an employee, I have to delete claims and resubmit. That's one problem I've noticed. Another issue is if I miss something on a trip itinerary and need to update it, I have to drop and recreate the whole thing. That is a limit I found, and it doesn't seem like the best way to use the tool. Lastly, I wish SAP Concur could implement a compliance check before submitting claims, based on organizational compliance stored in other tools like a Wiki or Confluence.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur provides visibility for managing team expenses efficiently, offering a good dashboard and flow insights. However, it has limitations with updating itinerary sequences, requiring recreation and manual intervention for claim adjustments, which can be cumbersome.
