The built-in dialer helps the process of making and executing the number of calls and I can stay busy communicating with leads. **What do you dislike about SaleSys?** There is no in-depth segmentation in SaleSys, which means that it is difficult to specify how to approach leads based on their profiles. There is a constraint in available reports in the sense that it is difficult to analyze the success of specific lead nurturing initiatives. **What problems is SaleSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** SaleSys has therefore streamlined some activities that used to consume a lot of time in our telemarketing operations. More aggressive is more earning. Improper training and chaoti work environment. **What problems is SaleSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM integrated wih Sales, sign and invoicing.
