
I've used Salesorder since 2013 (I believe we were very early adopters) and have seen multiple iterations. The development of the system has been incredible to see. We started out using very few features and it worked great for us, as we've grown, so has Salesorder and our ability to utilize its wide range of features. The API functionality is great, the help files have been a life saver hundreds of times and the team at Salesorder have always been happy to help us customize certain functionality we need to keep our business running as effeciently as possible. I highly reccomend Salesorder; to the point that I came here to write a review without being asked or prompted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so difficult for one system to be everything to everyone. I own multiple distribution companies and taking inventory can be difficult with Salesorder, but I haven't found that to be unique to any other system. We have had other problems in the past, but many (most?) of them have been resolved with updates. As of May of 25', we're currently working on implementing a way to automatically charge a credit card fee to a customer, either as a global charge or having the ability to set a unique fee for each paticular customer. I'm confident if anyone contacted me by the fall of 25', we will have this functionality tested and executed by then. The support team is great at addressing these concerns and building a plugin to allow for custom options like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
