I like Saleforce Whatsapp becauseit brings customer conversations intoone clean, organized place. It makes responses faster, keeps context across teams, and helps deliver a more personal, consistent experience without juggling multiple tools.

The main drawback is the cost and setup complexity. whichcan feel heavyfor smaller teams or simpleuse cases.
