I find a lot of features on the Salesforce Platform really beneficial, especially because it supports clean integration with different tools like HubSpot. I like how customizable and scalable the platform is, which allows us to structure data in a way that suits our processes instead of being locked into a rigid setup. I think if there's something that needs improvement, it's the overall complexity of configuration and maintenance. Like, while the flexibility is a strength, it can also make the platform feel overwhelming. Especially when managing custom fields, automation, and permissions. Reporting is powerful, but building more advanced reports can sometimes require extra steps or workarounds. Improvements in usability and a more intuitive set of certain admin level functions would make it even much more efficient for the day-to-day operations, I believe.
