You will still likely need to customize and develop Salentica to your business. **What problems is Salentica solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of the lack of a powerful CRM and sales tool. I just love the way it works. **What do you dislike about Salentica?** Like other CRM, it would be great if we could have FaQ & tutorials of various steps on how to use this CRM, it will make our work more accessible. Also, the support for any inquiry takes 24 - 48 hours; it could be earlier than this. **Recommendations to others considering Salentica:** If you need an automated CRM that helps you take control of all of your client data, add a summary for every client and track the progress of every deal, Salentica is the go-to CRM for you. It is also very secure and can be accessed by any device like Laptop, Mobile, etc. **What problems is Salentica solving and how is that benefiting you?** This CRM helps me in various ways like progress trackers, Access and update information anytime, Tracking deals, shows relationship history with the client along with the summary. It also helps me in sharing, accessing, and putting a note on every customer data up to date. ### 3.
